Employee absenteeism is higher than ever with employees feeling fatigued, drained, and demotivated. Add in the additional stresses and strains of a global pandemic and things can seem disastrous.
I believe simple changes to working practices can boost performance, employee attendance and team morale. To have an optimal wellbeing culture, people need to feel taken care of by their employers and managers need to feel confident to support their team’s mental health and wellbeing needs.
I deliver workplace wellbeing workshops and coaching for teams in a wide range of organisations for exactly these reasons. I have carefully crafted these workshops using leading methodology from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and life coaching to support people to improve their resilience and coping strategies.
