Workplace Wellbeing

Workplace stress is at an all-time high and an estimated 137.3 million working days were lost due to sickness or injury in the UK in 2016 with mental health issues resulting in 15.8 million days lost (Office for National Statistics).

Employee absenteeism is higher than ever with employees feeling fatigued, drained, and demotivated. Add in the additional stresses and strains of a global pandemic and things can seem disastrous.

I believe simple changes to working practices can boost performance, employee attendance and team morale. To have an optimal wellbeing culture, people need to feel taken care of by their employers and managers need to feel confident to support their team’s mental health and wellbeing needs.

I deliver workplace wellbeing workshops and coaching for teams in a wide range of organisations for exactly these reasons. I have carefully crafted these workshops using leading methodology from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and life coaching to support people to improve their resilience and coping strategies.

Previous clients include HSBC, Arsenal in the Community, London Metropolitan and SOAS university.

Sessions can be delivered as stand-alone workshops or as bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of your team.

Areas I cover include:

• Stress Management

• Mental health awareness & Mental health first aid intructor training

• Goal setting

• Cultivating self-care

• Sleep Hygiene

• Career vision & planning

• Diversity & Inclusion: Supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues, Supporting BME & BIPOC colleagues

• Time management and building routine

• Building resilience

• Managing compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma

"After attending Lildonia's workshop I feel really inspired. I was getting really run down and every day felt like a marathon. I couldn't see the wood from the trees. I've learned a lot about myself today and now understand how stress can make my body react. It was good to think about how I can avoid this and I will try my best to be proactive with my stress levels as opposed to being reactive which is what I would have done before. Thank you Lildonia!!!"
